Deployment Solution
KEENOVA deployed a combination of K-WDE-1000 Bone Conduction Acoustic Sensors + K-WDU-3000 Ultrasonic Wideband Sensors, with cloud platform AI model for real-time analysis:
- 4 acquisition points installed on each turbine
- Data uploaded to the cloud every second, AI model identifies abnormal spectra
- Threshold alarms pushed to O&M personnel via WeChat
Results
Within 3 months of deployment, the system identified early fatigue cracks in one turbine's main shaft (acoustic anomaly → manual verification → confirmation), preventing potential major equipment loss.
