KEENOVA Supports Mexico Zuma OREJANA 162MW PV Project Commissioning

Tank robot K-CR-C003 achieves fully autonomous cleaning in coastal soft geology and tracking mount conditions, improving power generation efficiency by 18%.

KEENOVA Supports Mexico Zuma OREJANA 162MW PV Project Commissioning

Project Background

The Mexico Zuma OREJANA project has an installed capacity of 162MW, located adjacent to the Pacific coast. The soft geology, severe salt fog corrosion, and single-axis tracking mounts present significant challenges for conventional cleaning robots.

Solution

KEENOVA deployed the K-CR-C003 Tank PV Cleaning Robot with BeiDou positioning and multi-axis robotic arm, capable of autonomous operation on 0–5° variable angle tracking mounts without human intervention.

  • Track+wheel composite chassis, adapted for soft geology
  • Soft brush dry cleaning, zero water consumption, solving coastal water constraints
  • Cloud remote O&M, real-time cleaning report push

Results

After 6 months of operation, module dust accumulation decreased by 73%, power generation efficiency increased by 18%, adding approximately 2.9 million kWh annually.
