The groundwater in Golmud, Qinghai has high calcium content, forming stubborn calcium scales on module surfaces after evaporation. Conventional dry cleaning cannot remove them, seriously affecting power generation efficiency.
Solution
KEENOVA's R&D team developed a calcium scaling specialized cleaning formula, combined with the K-CRY-1P/2P robot's pressurized spray module, achieving:
- First cleaning calcium removal rate of 89%
- Recovery to 97% after the second cleaning
- Water consumption reduced by 61% compared to manual cleaning
