900 MW
Shudao PV + CSP Integration Project
Project Overview
Shudao PV + CSP Integration Project is located in Xinjiang with a scale of 900 MW. The project uses KEENOVA's self-developed bone conduction acoustic sensors (K-WDE-1000) and ultrasonic wideband sensors (K-WDU-3000), combined with cloud platform AI models for real-time analysis, achieving early warning and precise positioning of wind turbine blade defects, gearbox noise and other anomalies.
Challenge
Steep slope 路 Water scarcity 路 Severe dust accumulation
- Blade defects: abnormal signals at 13kHz center frequency
- Gearbox noise: low-frequency wind noise (below 500Hz) and unstable sound signals
- Real-time warning: load anomaly determination and kurtosis coefficient analysis
